We're also offering this one as \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/getprodigal.com\/products\/finca-la-pradera-washed-geisha-green\"\u003egreen coffee\u003c\/a\u003e for home roasters. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee fermented in cherry for 24-48 hours, followed by de-pulping in a \"demucilaginator\" machine, leaving some of the mucilage intact. Then it moved to a greenhouse structure to dry for 15-20 days.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBrother farmers Luis Enrique and Robinson Cuellar spearhead La Pradera. Luis Enrique handles the agronomy while Robinson specializes in post-harvest processing.
